Wire Armature with Milliput bones and plastic joints
This was my first ever wire armature puppet, so I learnt a lot from this process. I didn’t leave enough room between the bones for flexibility. But I have developed on this now.
Process
Wrapped with light weight foam and tape using KNS and wire for hands.

Testing with plasticine and FIMO modelled eyes and snout (baked.)
Making the clothes. Sewed dungarees and t-shirt.
